The hotel design is unique, the situation to shops, retaurants, Darling
Harbour, OperaHouse, buses, trains etc. is convenient. The bed was fairly
firm, certainly better than 99% of other hotels. The concierges were
extremely helpful too. When the sign to service the room is placed on the
door, one's room is cleaned etc almost immediately! A very pleasant
stay!10 Out of 10!

Staff were exceedingly helpful, and the hotel is in a great location. Easy to get around the city, and plenty of good attractions nearby. The views were great and accommodated the 5 of us very well. The shops, the Rocks and Darling Harbour were literally on the door stop. Staff were friendly and very helpful - I had accidentally left a make up bag behind and called up 10 days later to see if I had left it behind. It was found in housekeeping and promptly mailed back to me. I would recommend the Meriton on Pitt street to everyone, my friends and I are already planning our next girls trip and happy to have our accommodation sorted!

We found the hotel to be great - its location, staff, and comfort would be hard to beat. We certainly will be returning. The room we had was a corner room that faced out to the park which was lovely and it also had a extremely comfortable bed. The location was fantastic, very easy to find your way to many of Sydney's activities. The hotel itself blended the historical building with ultra modern fittings tastefully.
