the location was perfect for the tourist. Walking distance to China Town, Darling Harbour and the Fish Quay. Short walk to shopping on George Streret , to Circular Quay and the Rocks. All the sights within easy walk. Didn't spend a cent on transport other than to and from the airport. Spacious apartment with room to move around. This has become one of my top choices in Sydney when I'm stay a bit longer and want easy access to China Town, Darling Harbour, and Central Station. Never needed a taxi.
all reviews » The roof top pool and spa were lovely with great views. The staff were friendly and helpful. The bed and rooms were comfy and nice and big. Location was fantastic. Excellent staff, good bathroom, very spacious and quiet. We stay frequently in the city and value for money this property is hard to beat. beds and pillows were very comfortable and very close to china town stayed there twice and will go back again staff was very helpfull. Good location, just few steps to China town and few minutes to Darling harbour. the one bedroom apartment was a good size and had a great layout. The fire alarm going off in the night due to service workers in the shopping area down stairs, but the staff responded in a calm and controlled way while trying to determine the cause. thought it was a bit expensive but still enjoyed the stay. that charged me for mini bar I did not use adn I am still waiting on a reply!!!! As have already charged my card I want it fixed please :). having to climb into the bath for a shower. Paranoid I was going to slip. Thank goodness for the handrail. No free wifi, rate is so expensive. the staff were quite pushy with checking out. We didn't like being called the evening before to tell us we had to upgrade to fit 2 single beds in our room. Upon booking we called the hotel to check we could have twin beds and were advised we could. Luckily the great staff checking us in on the day refunded our additional charge. furniture seemed worn out. Room heating not warm enough. Temperature control doesn't work as supposed. A little tired but was great value for money. None. Bath room cupboards badly water damaged...time for replacement. So far none. The bathroom. The tiles. No early checkin possible!. Didn't have a balcony Fold out bed was pretty uncomfortable Air-conditioning in room insufficient to warm the place up. Was quite cold some nights Get some better instant coffee!. The furniture and equipment in our apartment needed updating. It was servicable but worn. They obviously expect problems with the inbuilt hotplates because our call for help produced a portable one very quickly. Rooms could use a makeover but were not shabby. not very clean,facilities are bit old. noise at night. rooms and hallways need a refurb. only one lift working. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and reception staff were not super friendly. the beds are awfull and the staff didnt do enough to please us in regards to the bed....no inhouse room service but had a servey to rate food!!!...they say foxtel channels...didnt have them and the lounge was ratty and old.....i felt i payed to much to saty in a hotel that was mediocre.. Tv in bedroom did not work... Receptionist was not kind to us... Do not smile and do not have eye contact . Seemed like angry. Not very clean. Really bad customer service following broken-down facilities. NO HOT WATER in bathroom that night. On asking reception person was least helpful, said he knows there is problem in some rooms, but can not do anything to help till morning, so be prepared to put up with it! It made me wonder whether I was in Sydney or a backpacker in third world. Over priced. Need to be informed about pool & gym use. Got lost afew times when looking for pool venue. Key did not work. Got really annoyed on how many times we had to go back & fourth. Our room 621leaked..carpet wet and smelly as was the whole of the 6th floor. Moved to other room still shabby ..uncomfortable couch .pitted bath. Water damage in bathroom ..room not serviced..zip in middle of bed..pool filthy with cigarette butts and women drinkingwine deffinately not a 4 star hotel.

Please note that this property requires a refundable AUD 100 security deposit upon check in to cover any incidental charges. Please note that from the 1st July 2017, all payments made by a Credit Card will incur a 1.3% non-refundable credit card surcharge. Payments made on a credit card will be charged in Australian Dollars (AUD). Guest(s) will need to make arrangements at time of booking and prior to arrival if they wish for the accommodation/ incidentals to be charged in a foreign currency.
