  We arrived from our cruise ship early in the morning and the receptionist immediatly said she would contact houskeeping and see how long it would be before we could book in. We went down town for a couple of hours and when we got back the room was ready for us. They had stored our baggage safely for us while we were away. The bathrom was huge and if we had been stay - We loved how close the hotel was to everything - Darling Harbour, Town Hall Station, QVB. The hotel was well maintained, the rooms quite soundproof when the balcony doors are closed. Also loved that there was a balcony so that you were not confined to an air conditioned box - fresh air was able to be let in. Was also great that the accommmodation was an apartment so we could make our own meals if we wanted and also wash and dry clothes, which was a blessing as hwe got drenched by the rain on

The concierge staff & in particular Troy gave invaluable advice on how to get the most out of your trip to Sydney.   Everything about the Park Royal Darling Harbour was excellent. The location, the venue itself, but most of all the staff. My wife had a medical emergency during our stay and the assistance provided by all the staff we encountered was absolutely "second to none" even though it all unfolded during the middle of the night. We would not think twice... what people say » about staying there again and whole heartedly recommend Park Royal Darling Harbour to anyone looking for a quality establishment. - Location,location,location. For our purpose which was Entertainment Centre concerts ( Carlos Santana, Robert Plant and the Tedeschi Trucks Band at the Enmore theatre it was ideal. Access to all points of Darling Harbour, Fish Markets, Circular Quay, The Rocks, China Town, QVB shopping ,The Apple Shop, ABC Shop, Broadway and the Park Royal all central to it. The Museums well I could go on but I will have to stop.

  Close to Wynyard station Lady at reception was lovely and helped me with my bags, toddler, portacot etc, she loaded me onto the trolley, including my son in his carseat and helped us unload into our room. She had a NZ accent and was wearing a grey shirt when she checked in. She was great and deserves recognition!! On the Sunday there was a brunett... what people say » e lady (looked young, maybe mid twenties) who was very helpful to me and my son and held the lift as I arranged him and my groceries in the early afte - We stayed in a deluxe 2 bedroom, one bathroom apartment with our 3 kids including a baby in a portacot. The apartment was fabulous, very clean and spacious and extremely comfortable for all of us. Our kids loved the heated pool and spa. Excellent location and easy walking distance to the main attractions and with Wynyard station around the corner, getting to Bondi or anywhere else was a breeze. We will definately stay here again and recommend to others.

  Absolutely everything...from the moment we were greeted by the porter to the time we got into the elevator (seriously couldve stayed in there all night and have my own dance party!!) .   Have stayed here 4 times now. 4 different rooms. All absolutely fine. Great location and good value for money considering the expense of Sydney CBD accommodation. Suited me perfectly. Receptionist lovely and friendly. Fourth floor rooms are nice. If you have luggage then perhaps be prepared to lug or request lower floor. Nice kitchen and lounge facilities on 3rd floor, so you can really cater - Everything was better than I expected. Paid about 70 AUD per night (2 night stay) which is excellent value. The location is the most convenient possible for business trip (better than Westin which I tried the previous week and costs 5x)

  Great location for sightseeing and near the Rocks. The room was very well appointed, laid out and comfortable (including the bed). A few friends stayed at the same hotel and all thought the same. Being on a high floor facing George St away from the noise below was good. Having a balcony to step out was also a good feature. Would stay here again.... what people say » - A good value for a studio style room. Kids have more room to play around. Cooking facility is good as well, good stay...lots of places to eat for lunch, but most of them are closed after 5:00pm. There is a Chinese restaurant just cross from the hotel, nice food, reasonable price. Hotel is located at waynird station exit, quite convenient!

Every apartment unit have small kichenette so you can cook. Our unit is Family studio, the space is spacious and can accomodate 2 adults with 2-3 children. The front desk staff were very nice. The beds were comfortable. It was central to all the things you'd want to be close to in the city but there was no noise from the party goers outside. There was a good space for me to work. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to friends and family. I was very happy with my stay here.

  Had an outstanding time from the moment I walked through the doors! Staff were excellent and really friendly, and we received a complementary bottle of champagne for my partners birthday :) The room was one of the nicest I've stayed in, and everything was of high quality! :) T2 tea yum!! So relaxing and a perfect way to celebrate a milestone! :) ... what people say » - Simply everything. It has been one of the better hotels I have stayed at in Sydney. The staff is just friendly and efficient in getting you reservations etc. The rooms are very good with a great BOSE and Apple audio system to feel over relaxed.

  It was sheer pleasure to stay at Quay West! The Staff were friendly, efficient and attentive and bent over backwards to be helpful. Caught the train from the airport the Circular Quay not cheap bu - We had obtained a smartdeal for the Four Season for our last trip to Sydney. Apart from the value for money, the hotel was in a great location for a city visit to Sydney, pleasant staff, very comfy room, excellent house-keeping, L'occtaine toiletries and we took advantage of the gym and outdoor heated pool too. Some reviews had complained the hotel is dated. I wouldn't agree. Very enjoyable stay, we will be back.
