  Frank at the front desk was probably one of the best people I have ever encountered in his position. All staff went out of their way to be friendly - Front desk people were very helpful and accommidating. They got us a room with a balcony and a great view. Made the whole stay much more enjoyable.

  We were very surprised what a nice place this was. Very friendly, especially nice to kids. Thought the Easter egg hunt was so nice on Easter morning. The little ones loved it. The life guard on duty after 3:00 was amazing. Very professional but still wonderful with the kids. They were disappointed we couldn't get into some of the bigger water pa - The free breakfast was excellent. Everything was stocked and there was a large selection of breakfast items to eat. The indoor and outdoor pools are very nice. The kids loved the water slides and having the choice of both pools. The refrigerator was nice size and it was nice to have it as well as the microwave.   Good price. Got a surprise when we saw our room. We had a hot tub in our room, which is what they call a "spa tub". And we had a little fire place. It was a nice treat. Staff was very nice. - How big the room was for what we paid was awesome I would highly recommend that hotel to others I was very pleased with the hotel
