  The room was very clean. I love the idea that the Duvet Cover was washed. We had problems with the room cooling and we were offered another room right away. Brad was very helpful. They are going through the trouble of mailing my forgotten phone charger and my sons left behind Nike running shoe. Even though this was a larger Hampton Inn than I've stayed in, everything was up to the standard you would expect from a Hampton Inn.

  Actually, after all the "negatives" I had seen and read about "American Host Motel" (after I booked it), I was very pleased with everything about it. Yes - the hot tub wasn't working... Because they were in the process or replacing it with a new one.
