  We had an amazing stay at Four Points by Sheraton. We only stayed one night as part of a cross-country road trip. All we needed was a place to sleep for the night, but we were pleasantly surprised by the value we got for the price. The bed was SO comfortable, everything was clean and the location was perfect. It also had a small balcony overlooking the pool where we sat and drank our coffee in - This is how a hotel should operate. The staff was professional, friendly and efficient. Each person we encountered was great and offered to go out of their way to make our stay better. We walked around the pool one morning while a maid was transporting a large tub of towels on the common walk area. She pulled her tub off the side walk so we could pass. You could tell everyone had been trained to value and respect the customer and it was evident no matter who we came in contact with.

  The staff were very helpful. They did manage to get us into a room with a bed and a couch-bed in their very full motel, after not having our reservation on file. The motel is near, but not next to a handy freeway entrance, so trafic noise is minimal.
