The small refrigerator is not full of their things to buy so you can put your own beer or soda in it.   The matress on our bed was so comfortable that we actually asked at the front desk how we could get one for at home. The staff was super friendly and the room was fantastic. We will definitely be staying there again in the future! - We liked everything about it. Quiet for sleeping and delicious food happy staff just a wonderful two days.

Although they have an exercise room, it was even right next to a bike path, so I was able to easily and conveniently enjoy my morning walk outdoor like I prefer. - The desk clerk was very friendly... what people say » , helpful, and happy. the room was big, comfortable, and clean.   All of the above. Plus, when my 8 year old grandson and I arrived we were amazed at how luxurious the hotel was. Our suite had a beautiful view and was close to shopping and other child adventures. Staff went out of the way to be courteous and helpful.   Front desk staff was very accommodating and friendly. Numerous flights were cancelled in Chicago due to storms so many needed a room. The bw staff did a great job finding rooms. - the staff was most helpful and cordial.the facilities were immaculate and most comfortable, along with being very quiet.
