  I've stayed at many highly rated hotels in San Antonio, and Mokara is unquestionably at the top of my list. It starts with superior service - over the top attention to detail. We were walked to the elevator during check-in by a member of the desk staff, and later - accompanied by a doorman down to the riverwalk level of the hotel as he provided us... what people say » with food and drink suggestions. It wasn't pushy or uncomfortable service - just enough to make you feel welcome. Our room was spectacular - really w - Loved the personal touch and attention to detail when it came to staff service. The location is perfect on the River Walk, and the breakfast in the hotel restaurant was great. Rooftop pool was perfect for relaxing, and the spa employees were fun and engaging.

We had a problem with a pizza delivery company and he right a way call us to tell us know about them.   I was traveling with my aged parents and the staff was very accommodating. Location, breakfast and afternoon kickback very well done and so nice to have right in the hotel. Staff very helpful - we were given a free upgrade to a suite with whirlpool bath and double aspect - lovely. Would definitely look out for Drury hotel chain again.
