  We liked everything about the Marina Inn. It was conveniently located for our needs. When we checked in after 6 p.m. imagine our surprise when there were fresh chocolate chip cookies at the check-in desk for us and a Keurig coffee maker in our room after a long day of travelling. Everything we asked for was given with a smile and the breakfast ev... what people say » ery morning was fabulous and refreshed constantly. We would definitely recommend it to any traveler wanting to experience the San Juan islands and the - The hotel rooms are very nice. Everything was one step up for this price range of hotel except the included continental breakfast. The breakfast was just fine but since everything else was so nice my expectations were higher. The bed and linens were wonderful and all of the other amenities like soap and shampoo were of better quality than those used by more expensive chain hotels. Definitely great value for the price.

  The host went out of his way to assure our comfort and enjoyment. He provided us with complimentary bottled water as we lingered at the pop machine deciding what to get. He offered a cough drop to my wife as she was having a coughing spell. He made a restaurant recommendation which was spot on. Bellingham is like a second home to my wife and myself as we went to college and met there, and the purpose of this trip was to dr - What a litte Gem! I think the Coachman Inn knows what they are doing ! Customer satisfaction is up there with the best 5 star hotels we usually stay at. The room was exceptionally clean. The bathroom towels are 5 star also. Most of all is how they cared for the extra needs my wife requires while traveling. Not only did they helps wife but they lifted some of the stress from things I do. Simply put the owners and the staff are truely very compassionate people. We usually stay at the Hampton but

  I read other reviews after I booked our room and was a bit hesitant keeping our reservation. But, once there I was happy to have found the room, staff and accomodations as good as any to expect. Yes, the furniture is old and funky, but the condition of all was clean. If you stay on Whidbey Island that should be expected! What did the others think ... what people say » they were? We loved our stay at t - Excellent value, it's a charming older place with comfortable rooms and small furnishing and design touches that show that they care. Very nice staff (front desk and housekeeping), short drive to the Whidbey Golf Club, Flyers Brewpub, and Oak Bowl lanes.

  The staff was really nice and the breakfast awesome for the price! The room is clean and quiet. I forgot my camera in my room and they immediately send me an email and send it back to my next hotel.   The staff were very accomodating in our check out. We needed a later check out as we were fishing in Seiku 80 miles away and they were just great about it.   My friend and I had to be up in Cle Elum as our kids after prom party was up there and we wanted to be close by in case they needed us. It was the weekend of CWU graduation so not much was available. The econo lodge was clean, roomy, but a bit expensive just because of the weekend we had to be there.   We changed rooms and left our lap top in the other room and lisa checked the room and brought it to us it would of made for a really bad day. Thanks again lisa - Our stay was short but pleasant. We attended a family wedding and the accommodations were close to the event.

  Rooms were adequate, clean and comfortable. No utensils in the cupboards but not a big issue for us. The décor is tired, could use an update, and the pool was empty. I would stay there again. Good basic accommodation.

  I travel with a pet. The staff of the Chehalis is most accommodating and helpful to travelers and pets. They always put them on the ground floor etc. And they always ask if I need anything extra.
