I'm very angry at letsbookhotel.com for giving me a room in the tower
which I asked specifically not to be put in. I asked for the hotel for a
special gift for my friend for her 50th bd get-together. I was so sad
that what we got was a large, uninteresting room for the price I thought
I was paying for the beautiful Supreme Deluxe room in the hotel that
I'd asked for. Not the tower.

Our second time a this facility. We love the resort-style, park-like setting, spaceous and modern rooms and personable staff. It's also nice to have such quiet surroundings. The beds are extremely comfortable. Top-notch restaurant.

WOW, where to begin!? I have been fortunate to have stayed at some fancy places throughout my lifetime and this place blew them out of the water! The service was impeccable! Everybody seemed like they enjoyed their jobs and genuinely wanted you to enjoy your stay. I can't wait go back!

So clean and everything seemed brand new. Kitchenette had a full fridge, stove, dishes, silverware, and dishwasher. The free breakfast buffet was amazing! Staying at Stratford Suites was like having a short term apartment, even as short of a stay as one night. It had creature comforts and if we had not made plans for dinner, we probably would have been more than happy to cook together at the hotel. We all felt very "at home" there and it was fairly close to the downtown Spokane city center.

The location of this hotel right on Lake Washington is really great and the view across the lake toward the mountains is really good. They have weddings throughout the year because of the location but the noise was not intrusive.
Friendly helpful staff, well appointed rooms (get a lake view) and good food but you need to book the restaurants. -
