The entire staff (Bruce, Maik, Dave and housekeeping) is absolutely delightful, considerate and go out of their way to make our entire stay comfortable. On our last day, we deposited our suitcases to the front desk in the morning and asked them to drive the suitcases in the hotel shuttle and picked us up from the Link Light Rail station at the end of the day and head straight to the airport to save time. This hotel was close to the Amtrak station and I was coming in via train to Tacoma. The hotel provided a shuttle to the hotel and back the next day. The shuttle arrived in a very timely matter and I did not have to wait. This saved me in cab cost. The staff was all very friendly. The resturant within the hotel had good food and friendly staff too

Very well located, walking distance from airport car rental centre and light rail, busses galore in main rd. Near Safeway other shops and take out foods.
The airport shuttle also drops you at the car rental centre which is near the motel and not located at the airport itself.

We have been travelling around the US for over 2 months and have stayed in many motels & hotels. We had mixed reports on the Inn so we were a bit apprehensive. Forget any negative comments this proved to be great accommodation. Your genuine log cottage with lots of atmosphere including the compulsory log fire. Restaurant and convenience store on the doorstep and walking distance to the NP entrance. A great addition to a spectacular NP.

Clean, tasteful, comfortable, affordable, quiet, and extremely convenient to the hospital, where my husband was having tests. The blackout curtains were much appreciated. Very pleasant place to stay in the heart of the city.
