We got there a little early ( a little after 2) and they were very accommodating about checking us in early. Gave us easy directions to rental car facility, we hopped on the rental shuttle back to the terminal and John picked us up and stopped by two restaurants to check on wait times. On our last day, we deposited our suitcases to the front desk in the morning and asked them to drive the suitcases in the hotel shuttle and picked us up from the Link Light Rail station at the end of the day and head straight to the airport to save time. Very clean and the bathroom had a great heat lamp and fan! Also, my friend forgot her toothbrush and they had one for her.   The staff was great from check in to check out. Jessica at the Front Desk was quick, very knowledgeable about the area, very friendly and professional. The rooms were spotless, bed was amazingly comfortable, housekeeping was friendly and thorough. The area around the hotel has lots to offer.
