The facility needs much updating. It has a great concept and wonderful staff..but the rooms need more than patch repairs to raise its stsndard.

I usually try to stay at Red Roof Inn when I'm in Lubbock on business. The staff is great they go above and beyond your needs. There maybe needs some updating but as far as comfortable you can't beat it. Nice place to stay

I booked very late and could not get a room in the town I needed and this was as close as I could fine. It worked very well especially with the weather conditions. It was very easy to get were I needed to be and the staff was very helpful. The room was nice and warm. -
