  Enjoyed everything about this hotel, except parking.....Employees were fantastic and helpful, This is a get away from workinf to many hours for both my wife and myself...We plan on repeating our stay..And when friends come to visit this is where we will book their stay.. - Location was excellent and staff were very nice and friendly

However, maybe they need to fix the door where it cant be open from the inside when the lock is on cause a 2 year old could easily slide out of the room :-( - Location convenient to the Galleria and I- 635 / us 75 convergence. Then I didn't see her when we checked out. I wanted to thank her for her beautiful personality.

  The quiet. We did not hear any noise from the room above, or the hall way. The court yard was nice and we enjoyed the buffet. The staff was very pleasant, helpful and always greeted us as we entered.
