  Staff ! Each member of the staff was courteous, helpful and engaging. Location was fantastic, just feet from beautiful beach. Dinner menu, absolutely delicious with great presentation. Did I mention the Staff ! - Helped carry luggage to 2nd floor, gated community, close to tourist activities and great restaurants, and fair distance from shopping ... what people say » mall.. Awesome ocean view from room balcony!

  The hotel was beautiful. Our room was massive. The beds were so comfortable. I love design and color and the rooms were well put together. Fridge in the room, very handy. The staff was more than welcoming. My favourite part was the private beach area. Gorgeous pools, beaches and extremely clean. I am so happy to have stayed there. Starbucks downst... what people say » airs was handy in the morning. - The staff at the hotel were warm and friendly and did their best to make us feel welcome. The bartenders and folks at the front desk were especially accommodating.

  Really it is a familiar environment. It is close to every important place and the service was very good. Specially the gentleman that was security at night, he always help me to get my parking for disables because my husband is visually impair. No matter at what time I get to the hotel he moved the cars so I can park close to the entrance. Thanks... what people say » again - A lovely place to stay. Nicely designed and clean and friendly. Stop looking, you won't find a better hotel for the money. The food was fantastic as well. Close to airport, centrally located for attractions. Don't miss the rain forest just outside of town and car rental is very affordable in San Juan.
