The staff was very friendly and helpful. They helped us choose a restuarant for dinner in the area since we weren't from PA and were very sweet during breakfast leaving us full and with a smile as we started a day of sightseeing. The facility has a wonderful gym and indoor swimming pool which will draw us back the next time we are in the area looking for a place to stay. Breakfast was excellent with eggs, bacon, waffles, fruit, coffee, etc.
The room was clean, spacious, attractive, and the bathroom was large.
We also had dinner at the restaurant and it was excellent. Good value and great tasting food. Staff was friendly and considerate.
All in all a great stay.

The location was fantastic - a historic, listed building at the heart of the city with excellent transportation links. Our room was spacious, comfortable and very clean. Hotel amenities were excellent - we particularly appreciated the Starbucks in the lobby. The staff were courteous and helpful, and early check-in which was great as we arrived a couple of hours ahead of schedule.
