This hotel location is very near to most amenities, from shops up to your chemist, with restaurant ever close by, it is difficult not t like thehotel, with the only exception of its not so free internet connection. Which I would expect for the value at which we paid for the room. -

The staff. The library was a nice place to meet guests at breakfast time. The breakfasts were great and superb value. Lovely feeling about the place and nice local bar on ground floor. Very quite for such a central location. The staff couldn't have been more helpful.
The location couldn't have been better particularly the proximity to subways.

Loved our short stay here. Great location and charming inn - more like staying in a home than a hotel, which is especially hard to come by in New York. We had large, comfortable room on the main floor. Friendly staff (and friendly cat!), cozy breakfast room. We liked the bar downstairs as well. We will definitely come back here another time.

I have stayed at SpringHill suites in other cities and this one was the best hotel i have been in. the rooms were beautiful. i loved the separate toilet area which was great when having 3 people in the room. the breakfast and service was superior, your staff is well trained. -

Stayed four nights. Chose this hotel over another 3 star we usually stay at in upscale Williamsburg, glad we did. Public transportation to Manhattan a half block away. Easy drive to USOpen in Flushing. Spotless room, breakfast had many more choices than we expected. If we could not park on site, no problem, found a spot on the street within a half a block; watch those street cleaning dates, however. We found the staff friendly and helpful. Our contact Svetlana was extremely helpful when we needed an extra room to accommodate another guest in our party and she rearranged bookings to allow us all to be in adjacent rooms which was greatly appreciated. All the staff were courteous, friendly and helpful and our stay there was most enjoyable. -
