Stayed there for my birthday and was amazed as soon as I walked in the door! The level of customer service was top notch! Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is swanky and done right from the artwork in the lobby to the, spa, to the rooms, to the restaurant and nightclub. It truly is a one stop shop experience. This hotel is absolutely wonderful- a breath of fresh air. From the time we arrived early to the time we checked out the entire stay was so easy. The staff are all extremely welcoming and friendly, the rooms are amazing and the rooftop bar has the most brilliant views.
Wine hour every afternoon is also a nice little perk to staying here!

We had a terrific view from our Hudson Suite of the Macy's July 4th fireworks; it was the most important factor in our choice on ink48 and we weren't disappointed. The Hudson Suite was well-designed and filled with light - quite different from other Manhattan suites we have stayed in. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were surprised how close we were to the theater district.

The room was lovely and had such a welcoming, warm, homely and cosy atmosphere when I first walked in, with soft lighting and classical music drifting through it. - Beds were very comfortable. Room was well lit and quiet. Ample seating.

Staff were very friendly and helpful and gave us any information we wanted. They also organised taxis - at a rate negotiated by the hotel which was cheaper than the regular taxi rate and stored our luggage (checkout time is the usual 12.00) and we weren't leaving New York until the evening. Though we never saw any staff, they left signage and email instructions that told us how to get in, where to go and how to stay secure in the city environment.
