  The staff was so polite. They were approachable, and genuine! They were friendly and informative! We requested a late check out because the wedding we were in was at 3 and we were from out of state. They accomodated us and gave us options of places to eat and visit.   The front desk Manager was very helpful. We arrived at the hotel at arounf 10 AM, The fornt desk personnel, knowing that we had a hard time locating the address and have driven 9 hours from Toronto, had a room ready and available immediately. - Value for the area and close to EWK airport.
