The hotel was clean, even the kitchen. We would stay there again if we need to go to Mayo. The beds were comfortable and the sheets were of very good quality, no scratching .

The Hotel was full but still we felt like we were important to the staff. We even received an apology from the housekeeper because she was so busy our room didn't get cleaned til 4pm. Very friendly and comfortable. We will stay again. -

I loved the Westin for it's beautiful, impressive dining/bar area. It is an amazing place, and one of the more stunning hotels I have been in. I love that it has been transformed from a bank into a luxurious hotel. Spectacular! The staff was VERY accommodating and friendly. I would definitely stay there again!

Wonderful and helpful staff - went out of their way to help, and even go
beyond helping. Wonderful people. Location is great - very near to Mall
of America and literally off the end of the runways at msp airport - and
guess what! Its very quiet - no problem with airplane noise. Being
inside is like wearing noise cancelling headphones. Well stocked lobby
bar. Really nice hot breakfast with wide selection in included. Fairly
new building, clean, everything worked and a hair dryer too.
