  We liked the convenience of location. My husband was a patient at Mayo and we were able to commute everyday to appointments. They offer a free shuttle to the clinic. The staff was friendly and helpful. We would stay again if needed. It was close to dining services. We needed an extra night and they were very accommodating to this need. It was very budget friendly. Very quiet. Pet Friendly!!!

  Hotel was very close to Mayo clinic, but on a nice side street. The room was very spacious and modern with a nice view. This and the kitchenette made a long term stay very comfortable. The breakfast and "social hour" with food in eve were very nice touches. Hotel was quiet (good insulation) and bed was comfortable.

  The hotel attendant was very insisted we have a perfect room for our stay, a half of pot of coffee was left in the pot and the room was not thoroughly cleaned, but Trisha found us another room and helped us move our belongings - Nice room and amenities.
