  The concierge, Larry went above & beyond to ensure that everything was perfect for my girlfriend's birthday. He selected flowers for me & had them waiting in the room when we arrived, he suggested a nearby steakhouse for dinner & arranged reservations, when we came back to the hotel later that night champagne & sweets along with a ... what people say » birthday card were in the room. The comforts of the room were fantastic, everything from the king size bed, the overhead shower & the provided rob - The beds are linens are wonderful, location is a good balance between airport , mall of America, and business destinations. Of course, the restaurant and pastries are out of sight. I stay here once or twice a year, and it has definitely been updated since my last visit.

  Hyatt itself is a brand and always a promise of a good stay. The price is at the higher end, but the price here is much lower compared to other cities we have been, so we can't ask for more really. The staffs, the room, the bed, everything was perfect. We stayed for 4 nights, very comfortable, we liked it a lot. The staffs were helpful and attende... what people say » d with our request very promptly. - We liked that we were not disturbed by any other guests, as far as noise, we liked the colors and design of the room and the hotel. We like in the bathroom area there was a separate vanity that we could sit and put our make up on. Like the fact that after a certain hour you need your hotel key to use the elevators-security.
