  The room was beautiful and the location near both the airport and the Mall of America couldn't be better. We had dinner at the restaurant; the food was gourmet, delicious, and affordable. We were able to "park" our bags so that we didn't have to haul all of our airport bags to our room. The customer service was amiable, helpful--excellent in all ... what people say » respects. I have told all my friends about it. - Staff was GREAT, Friendly and very helpful. Upon leaving the rear tires on my SUV were very low and I had a 6 hour drive home with 2 teens. Karen at the desk was understanding and was able to have Raleigh in Maintenance help me get them filled so I could get on the road! VERY much appreciated and we got home safely.

  Price and friendly staff. They accommodated a weird request I had. The evening cookies were wonderful along with the refreshing spritzer drink. - I liked how da staff was very friendly and very attentive to there guest also I had a very good outside view..
