  The hotel staff went above and beyond for us. While there, the May snowstorm went through and they scooped out my car as I had a spec needs child with me. They did their best to answer our questions on road reports and tried to make us as comfortable during a very stressful situation. We had special requests regarding our room and they were excellent in accommodating us. They are doing extensive remodeling and it's turning out VERY nice. Breakfast choices were numerous and were all very good. We will stay there again when in Rochester!

  The beds were super super comfortable! I loved the Temp of the Pool and hot tub. Loved that the pool was not super cold but warm! And the hot tub was not overly hot!
