  Hyatt itself is a brand and always a promise of a good stay. The price is at the higher end, but the price here is much lower compared to other cities we have been, so we can't ask for more really. The staffs, the room, the bed, everything was perfect. We stayed for 4 nights, very comfortable, we liked it a lot. The staffs were helpful and attende... what people say » d with our request very promptly. - We liked that we were not disturbed by any other guests, as far as noise, we liked the colors and design of the room and the hotel. We like in the bathroom area there was a separate vanity that we could sit and put our make up on. Like the fact that after a certain hour you need your hotel key to use the elevators-security.

  Traffic wasn't too busy; close to MOA which is why we chose to stay here. Stayed one night--very comfortable. Staff very accommondating--set us up to ride their shuttle van to and from MOA even though we signed out of our room; previous evening person ensured she communicated to next day staff regarding the van--no worries! Plus extra kudos to the young lady who ran the breakfast bar--for as busy and crowded as that area was she kept everyon - The clerk at the desk when we got there was not helpful at all and almost rude. They hadn't received notice of our booking from letsbookhotel.com and I didn't have confirmation sheet with me. Clerk was not helpful at all and didn't seem to care about getting it straightened out.

  The hotel staff went above and beyond for us. While there, the May snowstorm went through and they scooped out my car as I had a spec needs child with me. They did their best to answer our questions on road reports and tried to make us as comfortable during a very stressful situation. We had special requests regarding our room and they were excellent in accommodating us. They are doing extensive remodeling and it's turning out VERY nice.   Breakfast was nice, pool space was very open and presentable. Took advantage of the refridgator in our room that was nice to have. - I liked the continental breakfast and how quiet the rooms were. I slept well.
