  Hyatt itself is a brand and always a promise of a good stay. The price is at the higher end, but the price here is much lower compared to other cities we have been, so we can't ask for more really. The staffs, the room, the bed, everything was perfect. We stayed for 4 nights, very comfortable, we liked it a lot. We like in the bathroom area there was a separate vanity that we could sit and put our make up on. Like the fact that after a certain hour you need your hotel key to use the elevators-security.

  We got to the hotel two hours before check-in time. The front desk was very gracious and had us in our room in minutes without any fuss or annoyance at an early arrival. We were very grateful. - Close to meetings and entertainment for family.

  The room was beautiful and the location near both the airport and the Mall of America couldn't be better. We had dinner at the restaurant; the food was gourmet, delicious, and affordable. We were able to "park" our bags so that we didn't have to haul all of our airport bags to our room. The customer service was amiable, helpful--excellent in all ... what people say » respects.
