  very confortable bed and great big size. Nice big bathroom. we stayed because we were at a wedding nearby and the hotel organised a bus to come pick us up which was really nice - Quiet, clean rooms. Friendly staff and easy to get to.

  We chose this hotel for its location and shuttle service. The Inn is very easy to get to from the interstate. My fiance and I visited Detroit to attend the Red Wings game and the shuttle is the most convenient way to get there. The weather was horrible and the driver navigated the roads expertly. Next time we go to Detroit for a game, this is wher... what people say » e we will stay. - The rooms were large and tastefully decorated. We stayed in the suite on our first visit which was very nice. On our second visit we stayed in a regular queen deluxe room and had plenty of space. The staff was very attentive. We particularly liked having a van at our disposal to go to restaurants and museums.

  The manager Andrew Baccam met me at the entrance and introduced himself while my family was checking in. He provided information regarding a specific restaraunt, confirmed my directions and suggested additional places to see during my vacation. I was there for 3 days and all staff were friendly and accomodating. I did not have a single complain... what people say » t - and I am usually difficult to satisfy. A party with us had booked for the following weekend in error - desk staff immediately changed her booking - We were always greeted when we left and when we arrived back with a friendly greeting. We always saw smiles. The staff went out of their way to take care of us when we needed to change rooms. The breakfast was enough to get us through to lunch. The hotel was a very convenient location for our stay. The bed was comfortable, and the rooms were large. We would stay there again.

  I liked that it was reasonably priced and the staff was very accommodating. We had to leave a day early and they gave no problems about refunding our money for a night that we already paid for. - Great location to downtown and shops. Staff was very accommodating to anything we needed. Hotel was clean. great price.

  My husband and I stayed at the JW Marriott in Grand Rapids the night of our wedding and the day after as well. When we checked into our room, we had a bottle of champagne, food and a nice card from the staff waiting for us. The service was superb and exactly what we anticipated. We will definitely stay there again!!! - The rooms were very nice... what people say » ... and the shower heads in the bathrooms were the BEST EVER! The beds were amazingly comfortable and we thought of trying to buy their pillows. Overall, a very good hotel! And this hotel is in the center of the city and everything is right outside the door.
