I think it was within average price for most bed and breakfast locations around the area. Bathroom was old but clean. Shower was refreshing and the pressure was good.

Staff - You could tell that everyone on the staff was really trying to please. Even during the Boston terrorism, they were still upbeat and friendly. Even cleaning staff and other non-front desk staff really tried to be polite and friendly.

I was gladly surprised. It is not luxury but it is a nice, clean and comfortable place! It is right on the beach!!! It is not so close to the town center, but within a nice distance to bike. There is also a shuttle bus every 1/2 and hour at the door of the hotel that takes you to the town center. We had a great time! -

This is our 4th or 5th visit to this motel and we have enjoyed every visit, despite the fact that it involved us going to see a doctor each time!
