  Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was old but clean. Shower was refreshing and the pressure was good. The room was cool when I entered and was comfortable throughout the night. I did not have the chance to use the pool but the option to have indoor and outdoor choices was great. - Only a 2 night stay but most enjoyable. Easy access to pools, office, etc. Front desk friendly & very accommodating.

  The rooms were beautiful and very spacious. The staff was incredibly friendly/professional. They made me feel welcomed the minute I stepped my foot in the hotel. We were there to visit Salem and it was a very short drive to Salem. The free breakfast was actually very nicely done. I get nervous about free breakfasts at times but this one was legit ... what people say » and delicious! I plan on visiting Salem again next year and will definitely book with Springhill Suites again! - Staff was great...we left our Iphone & they immediately contacted us & shipped it back (at our cost of course). They were very accomodating & the breakfast buffet was very good with lots of choices. Coffee avail 24/7. Great pool & fitness center. Rooms were clean & very comfortable.

  The room was very comfortable and spacious. We enjoyed the use of the giant hot tub in the pool room and the complimentary coffee. The staff were very personable and friendly. I was pleased to have a balcony (as a smoker, it was convenient). We are excited to come visit again soon! Thank you. - Love this place. Very friendly and accomadating... what people say » . We went on a motorcycle tour and a man working at the front desk even lent us his coat because it was so cold out. Tons of games to play and free WiFi. Time had kitchenettes. Definitely ill be returning.

We came to go to the Brigham and Women's Hospital in near by Foxborough.

  Me and my boyfriend went down for 3 nights. It was amazing, and we had a lot of fun. The tennis court was pretty nice. They have a clubhouse will a pool table and ping pong. The pool and hot tub were open late at night, so you could go in. We stayed in a queen studio. The bed was really comfortable and everything was really nice. It would be easier to drive down and park a long the road to go shopping and to the b - The apartment was spacious, clean and well furnished. The door opened onto a lovely garden area with pool. It was a 1 mile walk to the centre of Provincetown, which meant we could stroll in for dinner without having to take the car. The staff were incredibly nice, they played with our little daughter, gave her some beads to entertain her, and were generally very helpful. Michael, in particular, made some excellent suggestions for places to visit on the Cape, places to dine, and even helped out

  Nice room, very clean,everything we needed was there. Easy access to the freeway and stores and restaurants. Friendly staff. Quiet area. Just perfect for our needs. - Stayed here overnight on the way to Berkshires. Very impressed with facilities in room. Shop downstairs useful for breakfast. Staff extremely friendly.
