  Beautiful facility. Check-in staff purposely put us on a floor that was not where a wedding's guests were that night. Clean!   This was one of the nicest Hotels I have stayed at in a long time. The lobby and lounge areas were very warm and inviting. I am a smoker,even though I don't smoke a lot I found it very nice to be able to relax in my room with a cup of tea and a smoke. Not having to go outside was a true comfort.   Location across from Nantasket Beach was why I chose this resort. Being across from the beach was convenient, especially since we there during a heat wave. We were in a 2 queen bed apartment, and it was nice, clean and comfortable. We really just spent the entire time on this vacation on the beach and in the pool. Even during the Boston terrorism, they were still upbeat and friendly. Even cleaning staff and other non-front desk staff really tried to be polite and friendly.   The room size was amazing. Stayed in a 2 bedroom suite, was very impressed with the configuration, bedding, kitchen, bathroom and most importantly the cleanliness of the room. - Loved the suite, large accessible bathroom and fireplace. Very clean and comfortable.

  I liked that all the staff was extremely accommodating and friendly from the check in desk to the cleaning people. This was a much needed vacation and the room was fine espeically being an ocean front view room. Loved the activities, loved the beach. I mentioned to one of the staff members at the beach that the stair was to high for me. The beach staff is also helpful and friendly.
