  I loved everything! Everyone there went out of their way to be helpful and accommodating. The resort is everything I could have imagined and more, the facilities were amazing, he beach was the best beach I've ever been to - this is the vacation that I always dreamed of taking as a kid and I feel so lucky that I got a chance to experience this in m... what people say » y life. I will be back as often as possible and can't wait to make more memories there! - The rooms in the mansion were amazing... Clean, beautifully decorated, and the most comfortable beds ever! Every staff person was amazing and had a smile on their face, the food and service was top notch. We even met the gm Matthew Moore who took the time out of is busy day to congratulate us on our wedding the day before. We will go back every year to celebrate our anniversary. We had an amazing time!

  The hotel was well kept, and tastefully decorated. It had many amenities, and the staff was professional and helpful. It was a comfortable hotel, and I would stay there again. - Friendliness and helpful staff.Staying two nights was worth it. Loved the hot tub, bed was comfortable.

  The staff was extremely helpful. The hotel is just 2 blocks from the ferry port so if your stuck like we were in leaving the car on the main land you can walk leisurely. This hotel had us a wheelchair to use which saved our vacation since the ferry service is inadequate - The staff was welcoming. They could not do enough for you.   We liked the resort because it's very family-oriented, it's got indoor and outdoor pools for kids to play in and relaxing lounging areas for grownups. This is the most important thing. They were cool with a late checkout and didn't pester me about it. No cash in my wallet to leave a tip in my room and I feel terrible for that. Good cape-style chicken salad. And I'm picky. Love to find that on the road.
