You get exactly what you expect from Best Western. Friendly staff & clean comfortable rooms at a reasonable price. This hotel is also reasonably close to several different shopping outlets if that's of interest. It is also close to the lake though I couldnt find any way to get closer since its surrounded by highways. -

Bathroom was old but clean. Shower was refreshing and the pressure was good.
The room was cool when I entered and was comfortable throughout the night.

We were visiting relatives in the area and the location was excellent for our requirements - across the road from the Natick Mall and walking distance to shops and restaurants. Management and staff were excellent.

I met two young female staff members as I was waiting just outside of my room that were extremely accommodating. While breakfast was offered and included in the room price, I chose to hang until my business appt... I only wish I had gotten their names. It is in an excellent location.mexican and italian restaurant next door and shopping centre right across the rd . The hotel room was very large and comfortable and clean . The staff were very pleasant and helpful . Breakfast was included and was perfect for first thing in the morning. If I was to stay in boston again I would stay in this hotel .

Pet-friendly was a huge plus for us! Also, I found the staff all was very personable and liked the way the hotel was set up with a courtyard for the pets, also made a nice area to just take a walk around the property. The cost was 1/2 of what my relatives were paying up the street and we enjoyed the privacy and hanging outside. -

Very accommodating staff - Located in a quiet side road. Ideal to go shoping by foot. Nice stores (also grocery) close by. As for the rooms it seems to depend on which room you get: I was located 1 block away from Copley House and enjoyed the suite very much.
