  One of the Manager's, Miss Gina Clay went above and beyond in making sure I had the assistance I needed while at the hotel. The afternoon High Tea was one of the main reason's I chose the hotel and was not disappointed. Miss Clay did not spare any expense in making it a wonderful afternoon .   I was very impressed. Hotel was clean and very well lit. Definitely felt like I was in a luxury Hotel. Staff was very friendly and attentive. The room....what can I stay, definitely 5 star, from the sitting area with its flat screen T.V., to the kitchen, to the bathroom, loved the shower with its 3 shower heads. My wife and I stayed - The beds & linens were very comfortable & the bathroom was a very nice size. Our view was amazing & the rooms were a nice size & the hotel was quiet. The hotel had everything we needed to make our stay very pleasant. I would definitly stay here again.

  Owners were really nice & friendly. The daily breakfast was pretty good. Location is excellent and you get free parking! And the price was very reasonable (meaning $200/night which is considered a "great deal" for O.C.). They also include lots of other amenities which I didn't realize when booking: free beach towels, free beach chairs, hot tub... what people say » , and regular umbrellas for use (not beach umbrellas) which came in handy when it rained. Also they put out some snacks in the evening which are delis - Owners Bryan and Josephine were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They made us feel right at home, cooked delicious breakfasts and had plenty of enjoyable recommendations for places to eat and things to do in the area. We can't wait to go back and stay again!

  We were visiting Baltimore for our fifth wedding anniversary. When I mentioned it to the lady checking us in she put us in a room with a full harbor view and later they brought a small choc cake to our room. The staff was very nice especially the doorman he made us feel right at home.   Alexandria at the front desk was awesome along with every other staff member. The bed was great and the whole place was very clean. Great location to Fells Point. - I liked the location of the hotel. It was just a short walk to the Convention Center and there were lots of restaurants and shops in the area.

  The first thing I would like to say is the hotel held nothing back when it comes to getting a good nights sleep.
