  Location - was easy to find, plenty of parking and a shopping mall and food stores just across the street. Was originally given a 'non-smoking' room that reeked of cigarette smoke but the desk clerk apologised and relocated me when I complained. Left my watch in my room and the manager arranged for it to be couriered overnight to my next destinati... what people say » on - great service! - The price was perfict and affordable for our situation.(retired & budget).Very clean It has the little things folks need or can use while traveling. (Hotel style).Because of our experience we stayed with B. W. hotels the remainder of our vacation.Will be using bw in the future. Staff was extreamily helpful and kind and friendly.

  The staff was really kind and I received an additional promotion offer from the receptionist, she was helpful and provided me with the public transport schedule as well. The room was pleasant, very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The waitresses in the breakfast area were especially kind and attentive. - The desk clerk was friendly and ans... what people say » wered all my questions about the area concerning stores, etc. The room was comfortable, spacious and clean. Had trouble with the TV remote control and someone was at the door in minutes to take care of it. The breakfast was great and the waiter was superb.

  From the time we checked in, until we checked out, we could not have asked for a nicer group of people to deal with....they were all super nice. We also loved the continental breakfast--- it was fabulous! - It was comfortable, and we had no significant problems during our brief stay there.   Close to downtown and John Hopkins Hospital. Very convenient to I-95 and room service abd staff were excellent. I couldn't have asked for anything better since I was there for an emergency .   We came down for the Blues Festival and located your hotel online, it was a busy weekend so we were glad to be able to book 2 rooms, our friends were traveling with us. We really appriciated the convience of the rooms, first floor, sliding doors to the pool area and breakfast area. My husband is handicaped and it was wonderful for him.
