  We loved everything about this hotel. The location is ideal. The staff seem to genuinely love their jobs and it shows in their outstanding commitment to guest service. The rooms are whisper quiet.   The place itself was absolutely amazing. It was very high end and well done from the fixtures to the landscaping. The yoga was a great touch and I loved the fact it didn't feel "Marriott" or "Hilton" at all. It's next to Pa'ia which was a great little hippie town with very affordable food. - Loved the relaxing vibe and the evening meal

Service was excellent - very friendly, polite and attentive (and continued this way after my stay when I left my sunglasses behind).   The staff at the hotel were so courteous and friendly, giving you that aloha spirit. The pool the kids loved so much. For me, it was home away from home. I was surprised to run into a few workers that are good friends that I knew for a long time. They were so gracious and asked if I needed anything.
