  There was no record of my reservation. letsbookhotel.com had not notified the Hilton of the reservation I had made with them. The Hilton reservation clerk was extremely nice and helpful She called booking .com who acknowledged their error and I got my room.   The front dest personnel where very curtious and professional. They were always in good spirits and helpful. The rooms were well kept and clean. Excellent customer service. - bed was awesomely comfortable, breakfast in morning was good, staff was very friendly - we like this chain of hotels (choice hotels)

  We had an entirely positive experience when we stayed at the Ramada Groton/Mystic. The moment we walked in we were warmly greeted by the front desk. Check in was a breeze...The room was clean, comfortable and inviting. The restaurant attached was delicious - the pool and spa were crystal clear and very clean.
