Helpful and courteous staff, in a natural way, not forced. Room had more comfort than I probably deserved; still, I appreciated the upgrade. The staff was very nice and helpful; the breakfast was good, area not too crowded, plenty to go around. The room was beautiful, clean, well-insulated. I had a nice peaceful stay, while also able to walk into the more exciting parts of town.

The hotel was huge and very nicely decorated, both in the reception area
and in the rooms. There were actual birds in the lobby, not sure if they
were supposed to be there or squatting, but I thought they were cute.
Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was easy to get a cab and
get to downtown Stamford for dinner and drinks. -

We were able to get a room with two beds and a pull-out sofa to accommodate us and our two young children complete with breakfast at a very reasonable rate. It was also a very visually appealing hotel. The breakfast was both hot and cold and had plenty of options with protein as well as food for kids with allergies.

It was our first experience at a Hampton Inn, but will look for others when traveling in the future. Never have we had or seen such a complete facility. I stayed at their first property in Stratford, Connecticut. The suite was very clean and my dog and I were treated well.
I later stayed at the Milford property. I have gotten to know their wonderful staff. My room was / is 5 star There are so many parts that I have to say well done to the entire house staff. I will be back very soon. -

We used both the bar for drinks/dinner and the restaurant for breakfast - all were excellent quality and good value for money.
