  About as I expected for a budget lodging conveniently near the airport. The staff was great, very friendly and helpful, including a free and efficient shuttle to Bradley. Rooms are as you would expect at this price point, but clean and quite large. Comfortable bed with good bed linens. - The hotel was very clean and the staff extremely helpfu... what people say » l. It was also very budget friendly and that is especially helpful for people living on a fixed income. We accidentally spilled something on the bed and they were there in a matter of minutes to help us.

  The location was absolutely perfect. Right off the highway but far enough away to not here traffic. Easy to get back on highway as well. Five minute walk to downtown. - Location to event (XL Center) was perfect. Staff was exceptional.

  Mostly liked the location and the price. Younger kids liked the pool. They had it to themselves. You could walk next door to a diner or to Friendlys. - Being able to stay near where our friends live. Easy on / off the interstate. Easy to get to restaurant to eat.
