Reservation with letsbookhotel.com was lost...even with a sold out capacity Charlene was able to get a room for us, so I could spend 24 hours with my grand-children, son & daughter-in-law who live 900 miles away. - The room and bathroom was very spacious. This was our second stay with the past two months.

  I liked the fact Bianca, the night clerk, made my check-in flawless and placed me in a room on the first floor. She had a great attitutude and was more than willing to accomodate me. - Price was good, also when I had trouble logging into the wifi , management came to my room immediately and helped me with it.

My opinion did not change much, but got a more positive idea, and i would say again, this is a place to return to! Clean, comfort, spacious, family friendly, city trip, and welcoming atmosphere, the staff were fabulous, and friendly. Book yourself in this Holiday inn Express, and you will not regret it. the service level is higher than the rating stars given to it!
