  The Christopher Dodge House is just such a cosy place to stay at with ataff that really makes you feel welcome, I fell in love with it as soon as I walked through the door! The room we had was really lovely with a fireplace and lot attention to detail. The dinining room is just such an amazing and inviting place with high ceilings and brick walls... what people say » . We did not mind the traffic outside at all as the beautiful setting and the reallc nice staff made up for i - We have been travelling all over the world with a family of four (adults plus daughters of 17 and 19) and Christopher Dodge has definitely been one of the best places to stay. Really helpful, pleasant and professional staff, nice clean premises, excellent breakfast and most of all a cosy, homely feeling. Since the location was great as well with walkig distance to the centre of Providence this all made for a great stay. Thank you, all at Christopher Dodge!

  This Hotel is a treat for staying in Federal Hill. By being a part of DePasqualle Square, with it's wonderful food and entertainment, it's like taking an Italian vacation. The (apartment)rooms are huge with a massive living/dining room with fireplace and two separate bedrooms. Note that Parking isn't available (as in all of Providence) and you will have to use valet parking for $20/night. This location is also very conven - The staff was great. Carmine especially accomodating. The rooms were clean. The location was perfect. We could walk to restaurants, view the shops, traverse Federal Hill, meet people. Just a great experience all around. There to celebrate my daughters graduation from college. There were 7 of us all together and we all loved it.

This is like an icon of the city and one of those old-school American hotels. The location itself is unbeatable and it looks over the 'central park' of Providence; Kennedy Plaza. The front desk upgraded me to a larger room with morning sun. The bed was very comfortable, firm with a mountain of soft pillows. Good, fast (and complimentary) wireless. Fitness room was empty at 5:30 a.m. easily accessible and with towels and bottled water.

However, they were able to accommodate us and one of our rooms was better than we had originally booked, at no extra cost, so - result! Only stayed one night so don't feel we got the full benefit of the hotel, however the staff were very pleasant and helpful, particularly in relation to the missing booking.
