  The location is perfect for catching the train to the downtown area. We used it to and from the ball park. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The facility itself is beautiful, the rooms spacious, quiet (and mine was next to the ice machine) and clean. The restaurant is perfect for a quick breakfast, the food is prepared well, the food on the buffet line was fresh, hot and goo - Friendly and accommodating front desk - room was clean and good pool facilities.   This is a great little hotel! By little, I don't mean small, it's that they aim to give you a very comfortable stay in a nice place with a cool atmosphere without any pretensions . Oh, and did I mention, It's a great value! It is very convenient to Tempe (via light rail or car), downtown (same), south Scottsdale and all of central Phoenix. The rooms are very nice, with a good modern feel.   Every employee of this hotel with whom I interacted was excellent, from the shuttle bus driver to the front desk reps to the chef to the waitress at the tasty morning breakfast. The bed and pillow were very comfortable; and the room was very dark (which I loved) when the black out drapes were closed. I loved my stay at this hotel. - It was very comfortable and clean.
