  I have seen this hotel from road for years when driving by on the way to Universal studios. This hotel has fun castle like appearance that made me book it for fun. The hotel is great! At entrance, already outside there is old times castle like music, bit off tune, but it's great. Make you smile. ROOMs are spacious, clean and comfortable. Pool is a... what people say » bit shallow but ok. Hottub is...hot. ;) brekfast is great. Altough variaty is small, the fresh made omelets and pancakes makes it work. Universal Stu - We were positively surprised about our stay. Warm and frendly staff, affordable price with breakfast included and a pool area which was great with small children. I can warmly recommend this to anyone who plans to visit Disney World or other parks. Over exceeded our expectations!

  Our room was cool and clean, the pillows were so comfortable. The housekeeping staff were responsive, when we wanted our car from valet there were enough to accomodate everyone who needed them, everyone told you their name and asked if they could do anything else for us, we had dinner at Normans and it was one of the best meals we have had in a lo... what people say » ng time- our waiter was David and He was exceptional.   We loved the pool and lazy river. The room was comfortable and close proximity to the spa was great. Breakfast buffet was one of the best ever! - The hotel was luxurious and beautiful and the staff was very attentive and pleasant. The buffet beakfast was fantastic.
