extra space for closet - I appreciated some much the cleanliness of the room, it was cleaned all the time and the facilities were available all the time, taxis drivers, shutlles, good location, the unique negative point is the price of taxis, I considered it so high.

On arrival we were told we had been upgraded to a larger room with a refrigerator. When we got to the room we discovered there were no lights installed. We called Reception and they sent someone up. He said the room should not have been used and offered to move us but we asked him just to bring some portable lights as we had already unpacked.

Location to Convention Center was great because you could avoid traffic on International Drive. Rooms were clean and quiet. Pool and pool bar were exceptional and staff at the pool bar were friendly and great to talk to.

Blue Heron was affordable for that many, We rented 3 -1 bedroom suites and divided into groups of 5. All of us enjoyed having a full kitchen. The pool was a favorite of the grandchildren. The staff were friendly and helpful. All in all it was a good value for the money.

The suite (2 bedrooms each with their own bathroom, plus kitchen and living room) was comfortable, clean, nicely designed, and quiet. The free "happy hour" with beer, wine and food was an added surprise, and saved us from having to go out to dinner with 4 kids! Plus the included full-breakfast was amazing! The staff were excellent and the location was really good, only a 5
minute drive to the I4, giving easy access to all attractions, also 5
minutes north up International Drive there were lots of other

Cleaning staff was very friendly. We chose not to get our room cleaned while we were there to help out all we could.

The hotel was clean and comfortable and the 2 bed suite was as described. The kitchen was dated and needed a refresh but was functional nonetheless. The staff were friendly and willing to help. We only required an overnight stay but wanted enough space for 4 adults to relax in - this fitted the bill completely. The free wifi was good too. -

We had fantastic customer service from your reception staff. We would like to make a special comment about Charlotte. We had a situation with Florida express shuttle where we had major problems with getting picked up over a period of 3 hours. She tried many times to phone express shuttle to try and fix the problem. She couldn't do enough for us in the situation we were in.

Room was quiet and spacious. They have a small bar/cafe with a
limited menu, a restaurant (we didn't try) and a small snack shop. I
was pleasantly surprised that my coke, ice cream sandwich and chips
amounted to $6. I expected it to cost double that. Staff was friendly
and helpful, with the exception of the safe (see my didn't likes).
Overall a very good hotel.
