This Resort is truly a remarkable place to stay and enjoy!!! - Everything,this was our 2nd stay in 3 years at this resort and found it as good as the last visit in 2011. The apartments are exceptionally clean and very comfortable with everything you need for your stay,we had a 1 bedroom suite overlooking the Laguna pool and we were extremely comfortable during our stay. The resort exudes friendliness and everything is centrally located in the hotel and easy to access. We fully intend staying there again when we return.

Three day in a row, not funny starting your day with what I call a Disaster!!! The first day, the doors opened at 7:10 am. Only one hostess. The buffet was ready, but there was no set up made. We went back to the hotel on the offchance we could use theirs and were promptly given the wi-fi password by a lovely member of staff. - The suite was gorgeous. - We needed extra time to pack in the morning and requested a later check-out time, which was granted.

  Good games room and very cheap tokens was great to keep kids entertained. Room was comfortable and clean and hotel was in a perfect central location. We didn't eat here but was well priced and looked nice. Hotel staff were very nice and parking was free and close. Free internet was fabulous and fridge, microwave and coffee maker made everything so... what people say » much easier with kids (TV was huge too, which helped keep our eldest entertained for the short time we were in the room) - Stayed two separate nights at each end of a fortnight travelling in/out of Sanford airport. Got a good deal on 'walk-in prices' the first occasion and was upgraded to an Executive suite on second stay by an alert receptionist who recognised me as a previous customer. The excellent customer care is typical of Raddison Hotels I've stayed at in Europe and Bejing. I will go back to Orlando Raddison. Late check-out ( noon) very welcome.

Brendon was great we had a minor problem which he made that our concern was no longer a concern and that we were extremely satisfied which we were, Brendon manager along with the manager from building 9 rocks!!!   Very good quality for the price, very nicely furnished rooms, almost like normal apartments. Clean, quiet, good facilities and the most important things in Orlando are not more than 10-15 minutes driving away. - much better than Disney resorts, it was completely awesome and affordable for the room we received I would highly recommend this place!

  Everything especially the breakfast, the managers greeting every afternoon and the indoor areas. I have been going to Orlando for 11 years and have stayed at approximately 19 hotels in the area. And I have stayed on Disney property and not. This is the biggest bang for the buck of all hotels that I have experienced.
