  Everything especially the breakfast, the managers greeting every afternoon and the indoor areas. I have been going to Orlando for 11 years and have stayed at approximately 19 hotels in the area. And I have stayed on Disney property and not. This is the biggest bang for the buck of all hotels that I have experienced. He was right on top of everything, not only that we were comfortable with the hotel stay. Let me tell you about the 9" inch thick mattresses, wow comfortable. No dirt anywhere.   Beds were super comfy which you dont find in many hotels. Breakfast buffet was amazing with lots of choices. Convenient location just minutes from park entrances. - The "free" breakfast was a very nice aminity. And the gift shop was stocked with lots of variety. Our room was spacious. The staff was really nice.
