  Third times there!! Love this place: super clean room, this time Rm 205, king size, non smoking. Comfy bed, clean clean everything! Modern, updated bathroom, great shower. Flat screen TV, small fridge, coffee maker. Free WiFi. Free breakfast until 9:30. Clean looking pool. Safe parking. Super friendly staff!!! Great place for the morning coffee :) Close to CSUN and numerous restaurants - This property has been Newly renovated. The service was very good,the staff made us feel like we were at home. We got fresh baked cookies at check-in which was a great surprise. The rooms were very clean and the family enjoyed the flat screen tv in the room. Got all the basic ammeninies and more. the breakfast was complimentary and had all we needed to start the day. Could not believe the value for what we got. we will be back again next year.

Location is good if you want to stay out of LA downtown but still in a doable distance and without getting so much traffic to reach Hollywood and main city attractions.   It was a nice cheap motel...we booked for two nights and ended extending to 4 nights. Didn't spend much time there but it was a great place to sleep, shower and keep our stuff. Nice front desk - room was relatively clean
