  This very low profile hotel is the best kept secret in hollywood. At first sight it doesn't seem to be the best choice. Yet in my opinion it is. I've been around la for a while in the various neighborhoods and in many different hotels. And the "Super 8" without the slightest of doubt was the best offer quality-pricewise. I could see the "HOLLYWOOD... what people say » " sign right out my window as well as the huge houses perched in the hollywood hills.The bed was perfectly comfortable and had inmaculate linnens. In - In fact, this is a good price in relation to the quality. In the Neighbourhood, it might be the best (I've been in most budget hotels in Hollywood). Free Parking en centrally located. Wifi is strong en good enough to watch Netflix ;-) Breakfast is ok, enough choise and it's free!

  Our rooms were clean and quite. We were there because a family member was in the hospital. The staff was very kind to us and very helpful. The maids made sure our rooms were refreshed each day as we were there for a week. Parking was on camera and safe. - I appreciated the soap/shampoo dispenser in the shower, and the one by the sink, rather than... what people say » having to deal with a slimy bar of soap.   Location couldn't be any better near the airport. It is located in the middle of all the car rentals. We took the free shuttle to dollar rental cars and picked up our car there, from there it was in the same block. ( you can jump on this shuttle even if you didn't rent a car there. All other sights of la like downtown, Hollywood, Beverly hills or ... what people say » the beaches are reachable by car, not really by public transport. It really is a place to stay the first and last night before and after flighing. Roo - We were extremely satisfied with the location of he super 8, near the la airport, he friendly attitude of he front desk staff, the size of he room, 24 hrs coffee service near the front desk, the breakfast from 0600 hrs onwards, he shuttle bus service ho he airport. Further he nearness to he rental car pickup around he corner. I could continue the positive aspects of this motel, like he qualityof he bed, the real supply of hot water etc. etc. I have travelled he world for more then 50 years but

  The guy in front office was very friendly. He showed us a map that lead to many attractions nearby. The hotel has coin op laundry which is very important for us. - The staff was very friendly and courteous. The morning coffee in the office was good.
