  It's a typical Hilton. We stayed here for the last two nights of our two week holiday as it was very close to the lax and return car hire depot. Check-in was easy and fast, we used the self parking option, the car park seemed to always be quite full, we had to drive down to level 5 or 6 every day, this option was $25 a day. Make sure you take your... what people say » initial entry ticket to check-in and they will change it so you can go in and out of the car park as many times as you like with out being charged ex - Convenient to airport with free shuttle, attractive lobby area with comfortable seating (which was nice since I arrived very early and had to wait to check in) very friendly and helpful personnel - bell desk, front desk, room service, information. The room was clean and comfortable. I would certainly recommend your hotel to others.

  As I had to vacate my home for renovations I was pretty tired the first night I checked in my room made a noise..they gladly moved me to a smaller room ( only room available) and discounted it. The following day they upgraded me to Villa # 55. from here on the stay was great............would have loved to have stayed longer. Staff were so amazing ... what people say » friendly effecient and open to any suggestions. Restaurant food was good and amnience made me feel like I could be in mexico - Still has the rock star vibe. We were lucky to enjoy a 'Live at the Sunset Marquis' summer concert by the pool during our stay. Magical! We took our children for breakfast to Mel's Diner on Sunset Av. Lots of great restaurants in walking distance.

  What did I like about the hotel? Everything! All the staff were very friendly and polite and the hotel was very homely and stylish. I will definitely recommend it to my friends who may be staying in LA and will be back again for another great experience if I come back to LA.
