  Your staff were very professional and kind. I came in really tired from a hard long flight and the young man at the front desk was very patient and courteous as I gathered my wits about me. I would recommend this establishment to an - There is a front desk staff member by the name of Teaursa.This young lady is always smiling and brighten my day every time I see her.Never once have I walked in and not seen her smilling.She always fixes any problem Ive ever had there.{which wasn't much}But since my family and I have been staying here she has been more than helpful.Teaursa thank for being there for my family in our time of need.Red Roof Inn need to find more people just like you.

  I have stayed at many hotels for leisure especially in the last 6 months and this one by far was one of the best. I booked last minute as a surprise getaway for my new beau and he loved it! The indoor pool and Jacuzzi were almost never in use the two times we went down. The walls for the room were not paper thin like most hotels. We didn't make our connecting flight to California & had to stay in Baltimore overnight. The shuttle from the airport & to the restaurant for dinner made the delay much easier to take.

  This property is #1 in my book. Although a funeral brought us here, Sleep Inn sparkled.   When we encountered issues relating to the initial room assigned, the staff moved expeditiously to resolve. It led to a change in room and an upgrade. The staff was very accommodating with respect to our three very young children, they did not treat them like an inconvenience.   Honestly, we liked everything! But i'll just mention some key ones. The airport shuttle was point on. The free shuttle also takes you to Amtrak for inter city trains and brings you back to the hotel, all you have to do is ring the reception and you will be picked up in the shortest time which was amazing.
