HIGHLY recommend this hotel. - The fact that the hotel was so small made it so you saw the same front of house staff everyday. It made everything feel very familiar and comfortable. The concierge was a great help in choosing a show and getting us great seats at the very last minute. The front desk was accommodating when we asked to change rooms as well. The room, although small, felt very comfortable and not too crowded.

Such a lovely touch, it was very much appreciated and immediately kicked off the weekend in birthday celebration mode.

Overlooking lower Manhattan, and with easy access via PATH to both WTC and Penn Station, plus a ferry to 38th Street, Jersey City is a welcome oasis away from the bustle of Manhattan. The apartment is far more spacious than anything you will find in New York City, with cable tv and wifi for if you tire of your view . This was an unbelievably fortuitous and random find on a travel website; I will stay in this and other Sky City properties any time I am in one of the cities they service. Location: Admittedly, I was initially put off by the idea of staying in Jersey City rather than my usual midt - Excellent flat, with the most stunning view of New York/Manhattan. A train (Path train) journey to Manhattan (10 min) but it was a calm place to come back to, with a good supermarket close by for food. The flat was very well equipped with every thing you could need and lots of space for 4 people. A laundry room was opposite our flat door and used a token, bought in the lobby. Highly recommended, especially if travelling with children or teenagers.
